They walked her though everything in a way she would understand. As for myself I was recommended a crown by someone else and she said a filling would be just fine and did a great job. I barely even felt the shot because she numbed it prior. Best dentist ever!

Wow, never thought I’d be going out of the way to leave a positive review for a dentist. Everyone I spoke to today was competent and polite. I can’t speak highly enough of the dentist I saw. Very efficient, very accurate, very good bedside manor. I had a tooth removed and I’ve been in more pain from stubbing my toe. For the first time in my life I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist.

The new staff at Knoxville Family Dental East are exceptional! Everyone was welcoming, patient, and very helpful. I had to have an emergency root canal and my new dentist, Dr. Lauren Fey, DMD was the best! I had been putting off the procedure for months, dreading it and she eased me right through it. The dentist and staff were all very kind and all around a great experience for me at my first appointment, from the scheduling phone call to the actual appointment! You can tell they care about each patient, as they listened to my concerns and were empathetic to my situation. The dentist even offered to repair my broken retainer wire. Office was clean and comforting. Great staff!
